Most Orders are sent via DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY PLEASE NOTE PARTS OF SCOTLAND AND IRELAND ARE 2 DAY DELIVERIES.
We use DPD as one of our couriers. This great service offers NEXT DAY delivery which is signed for.
If you provide us with a mobile telephone number or valid email address DPD will send a TEXT/EMAIL notification to your smart phone informing you of a ONE hour delivery window. This time/date can be changed to suit you! All you have to do is respond to the text/email to arrange a suitable time/day.
We also use Fedex and TNT depending on the nature and size of the parts ordered.
Additional shipping charges (surcharge) may apply to large items for
example trunk trays, dog guards, roof spoilers, roof racks, bumpers, body
kits (due to their size and weight). The charge varies based on the size
and weight of the item. There may also be an Extended Area surcharge for
customers outside the UK if your address falls within a remote area. We
will contact you with surcharge information if this applies.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it
within *14 days from date of invoice for a refund (excluding delivery
charges) The item must be returned in its original condition and
packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of delivery and
safe return of the goods.*
Please be aware that the responsibility for the condition in which the products that are returned, is the customers sole responsibility. If the Genuine Honda boxes are damaged, been written on, had labels stuck to them, or anything else that would mean we could not put them back on the shelf for re-sale, we would not accept them back.
The Genuine Honda Box is very much part of the product, there can be no, address’s written on the Honda boxes, items not correctly packaged etc. Clear Tape must be used in re-sealing any Genuine Honda Box. Any items returned in a non-satisfactory condition will be rejected, on the basis of diminished value.
*Items that are marked ***CUSTOM PAINTED*** are exempt from our returns policy,these items are prepared specifically to order and are not considered stock lines. Special Order Items (ie: non stock items) will usually incur a 15% Honda re-stocking fee.This does not affect your statutory rights.
*Electrical Items are non-returnable and are exempt from our returns policy, this does not affect your statutory rights
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by our warehouse. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.
A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
