Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

Update as of 16/05/20

We are open for business and now have more of the team back working to enable us to ship record breaking volumes of parcels on a daily basis. We have adapted our work place to create a safe environment for our dedicated team to work in.

We hope all our customers and their families remain safe during this difficult time.

Update as of 25/04/20

We are still shipping orders. Our normal shipping days are Monday- Friday. Essential orders will take priority, however we are now able to process and ship accessories and other parts that are listed on the website. We are unable to accept telephone orders or take orders for parts not listed on the website until further notice. If you have an order related issue, please call 01524 68071 during working hours and we will do our very best to help you.

Update as of 18/04/20

Our normal shipping days are Monday- Friday. We are currently shipping essential orders we have in stock within around 3 days. It may be sooner, it may be slightly later. We are doing our absolute best to get orders out in a timely manner and are prioritising what we class as essential orders. Examples of essential orders can be seen in some of the previous posts below.

We are unable to answer e-mail enquiries, regarding special order parts and are concentrating solely with getting essential orders out trying to keep NHS staff and key workers cars on the road. We are also aware that many people will be servicing their own vehicles and will ship these orders as soon as we possibly can.

We are still shipping absolutely essential orders that are in stock. These include car batteries, service parts, brakes, clutches, oils & fluids, wiper blades etc. We are accepting orders for accessories / carpet mats, touch up paint pencils, etc. These will be shipped as soon as we possibly can however essential parts will take precedence. This will ensure we can keep NHS staff and Key Workers cars on the road.

Deliveries are taking longer to arrive from Honda UK, however we carry large quantities of essential parts in stock.

Please be patient and bear with us, we will get your orders to you as soon as possible.

These include car batteries, service parts, brakes, clutches, oils & fluids, wiper blades etc. We are accepting orders for accessories / carpet mats, touch up paint pencils, etc. These will be shipped as soon as we possibly can however essential parts will take precedence. This will ensure we can keep NHS staff and Key Workers cars on the road.

Our next main shipping day will be on Monday 6th April however some parcels may leave on Friday 3rd April

Our next shipping day for essential items will now be Wednesday 1st April

We are back in the warehouse on Monday 30th March. We will be shipping “essential” orders placed prior to this in the order that they are received. We cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates at this time however we will do our very best to send you order as quickly and safe as possible.

At present all our main operations continue as normal. Due to the Coronavirus we may experience some stock delivery delays. This will have an impact on our ability to provide some special order parts. All next day delivery options have been removed from our website as we cannot guarantee this service at this time.

Orders & Deliveries Within the UK

At present, delivery operations are all continuing as normal.

International Orders & Deliveries

At present, international parcel operations are largely continuing as normal however we are seeing delays to countries that have special measures or restrictions in place, these include USA, France, Germany Spain and Italy.

If your country has a lock-down enforced please be aware you may experience delays.

In particular a number of businesses in Italy are currently closed and therefore we would encourage you to check before you place an order. Couriers are likely to only attempt delivery once before returning the goods to us.

We continue to follow the advice issued by HM Government and we are keeping our workforce fully briefed.
