Delivery

Cox Motor Parts offers a number of delivery options when ordering your parts. We also use a number of different couriers to provide you with different options for shipping costs and transit times. The contents of your order, your delivery postcode area and delivery country will determine which delivery services you will be offered.

For UK Mainland customers, we offer a FREE DELIVERY option on orders over £70.

When you add products to your shopping basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

If no shipping options are provided, please contact us on 01524 68071 or email customersupport@coxmotorparts.co.uk as this means we will have to contact our network of couriers to obtain the best price for your shipping which will be based on the items in your cart.

We use DPD as one of our couriers. This great service offers NEXT DAY DELIVERY and a number of other options which can be selected to suit your needs such as weekend delivery on eligible items.

An added benefit of the DPD service is that by providing us with a mobile telephone number or valid email address DPD will send a text/email notification to your smartphone informing you of a ONE HOUR DELIVERY SLOT. This time/date can also be changed to suit you. All you have to do is respond to the text/email to arrange a suitable time/day.

We also use couriers such as FedEx and TNT depending on the nature and size of the parts you order. Smaller parcels which will fit through your letterbox may be delivered via Royal Mail.

Items send by courier typically arrive between the hours of 8am and 8pm, with some couriers such as DPD then providing a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery if you have provided a mobile number.

All deliveries must be signed for with the exception of items sent by post which are small enough to be put through your letterbox.

We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Cox Motor Parts will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Cox Motor Parts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

International

Orders shipped outside the UK may incur additional import duties and custom charges.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be so please check your countries import fees prior to checking out.

Any fees levied are payable at your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Damage Reporting

All parts received must be checked for damage and any problems reported within 24 hours. This 24-hour period is in conjunction with the Damage Reporting procedures of our Courier Partners. Any damage claim received after the 24-hour period will be rejected.

Surcharges

Additional shipping charges (surcharge) may apply to large items for example trunk trays, dog guards, roof spoilers, roof racks, bumpers, body kits and batteries (due to their size and weight). The charge varies based on the size and weight of the item and is applied by couriers. There may also be an Extended Area surcharge for customers outside the UK if your address falls within a remote area which is applied by couriers. We will contact you with surcharge information if this applies.
