Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from date of invoice contained within delivery for a refund* (excluding delivery charges).

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to the address specified below.

You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.

All returns must be reported to customersupport@coxmotorparts.co.uk prior to returning.

Please be aware that the responsibility for the condition in which the products that are returned, is the customers sole responsibility. If the Genuine Honda boxes are damaged, been written on, had labels stuck to them, or anything else that would mean we could not put them back on the shelf for re-sale, we would not accept them back.

The Genuine Honda Box is very much part of the product, there can be no, address’s written on the Honda boxes, items not correctly packaged etc. Clear Tape must be used in re-sealing any Genuine Honda Box. Any items returned in a non-satisfactory condition will be rejected, on the basis of diminished value.

*Items that are marked ***CUSTOM PAINTED*** are exempt from our returns policy, these items are prepared specifically to order and are not considered stock lines. This does not affect your statutory rights.

*Electrical Items are non-returnable and are exempt from our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

*Special Order Items (i.e.: non-stock items) are non-returnable and are exempt from our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by our warehouse.

This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.

A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order before delivery, this must be reported to customersupport@coxmotorparts.co.uk before 3pm on the date of the original order and must contain your full name, delivery address and order number.

Complaints

Should you wish to make a complaint, this must be reported via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home.show&lng=EN using the email address customersupport@coxmotorparts.co.uk when prompted.
